We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth through field sales activities, client meetings, lead generation, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support student admissions, generate business opportunities, and strengthen Envision Institute’s market presence. The role involves counselling prospective students, conducting outreach activities, building partnerships, and driving enrollments across our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate admissions through direct counselling, field visits, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
  • Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, and career guidance sessions at colleges, schools, coaching centers, and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, and placement partners.
  • Follow up with inquiries received through digital marketing campaigns, website forms, calls, and walk-ins.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling activities, admissions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Gather market insights and monitor competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence in conducting presentations and interacting with students and parents.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–5 years of experience in Admissions, Business Development, Sales, Counselling, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for education and student success are encouraged to apply.
  • Field marketing or educational sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
