What is Building Costing & Estimation?

Steel forms a major portion of the cost incurred by any builder or contractor. It is crucial to have exact estimate of the same to maximize the profits. The entire process of calculating the steel cutting lengths for any construction site manually is very tedious, cumbersome and time consuming. Besides, there is always a chance of human error in calculations.

AutoSteel can convert CAD/RCC drawing into steel quantities swiftly and accurately. This estimate works as a perfect planner for the builder by providing detail steel bar cutting length.

AutoScan not only reads the drawing but also reads the RCC & door window scheduled which are written on the Architects CAD drawing. It extracts the entities from within the drawing as well as those on the scheduled. AutoScan reads the entire drawing. It does not require any special drafting and uses the same architectural and RCC drawing which is required for day-to-day work. Hence without any extra effort we have ready the BOQ reports in just few clicks on the drawing. These reports can further be transferred to Excel, for any further customization as required by you. Training of which will be provided with the software.
